Joshua Eberhardt, Lead Attorney
Joshua Eberhardt is a native of Henry County, Georgia; growing up in the local area and graduating from Dutchtown High School. He went on to attend Clayton State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a minor in Philosophy. He also received an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal studies and after graduating worked for a year as a paralegal at Joseph M. Todd’s office. Where he learned about a wide range of legal practices from personal injury to estate planning. After working for a year Josh went to Georgia State Law School and graduated with a law degree in 2018.
While in law school he spent two summers interning at the Flint Circuit Public Defender’s Office. Additionally, he was a member of several student organizations while attending GSU law school including: Christian Legal Society, Estate Planning and Wealth Management Law Society, and Environmental Law Society.
Josh is a proud member of the Lister and Holt team and enjoys working hard to get the best for his clients. In his off-time he enjoys reading, video games, and occasionally camping and hiking.
