Mohamed was born and raised in Mumbai, India. After completing his JD and passing the Bar in India, he worked with a law firm specializing in corporate litigation. He handled cases involving mismanagement and oppression, dissolution, and rectification of registers.  He appeared as an assisting counsel in 8 cases that were reported in case reporters. Also, he appeared as an assisting counsel in successfully striking down provisions of a State Act on constitutional grounds.

Mohamed moved to the US in 2016 to pursue LLM and graduated from Emory University School Of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia since 2018. Prior to joining Lister, Holt and Dennis, Mohamed worked as an in-house counsel for two public listed entities. He negotiated and drafted IT related agreements and transportation contacts.

During his free time, Mohamed loves to travel, watch sports and spend time with his son.
