GinaMarie Caya Attorney
Ginamarie was born and raised in Duluth Minnesota. She attended the College of St. Catherine, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Critical Race Studies and Philosophy. Following college, she moved to California where she worked in the tech industry before attending law school.
Ginamarie earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011. While in law school, Ginamarie spent time with Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid in Austin, Texas, the Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, and the East Bay Community Law Center in Berkeley, California. She then clerked for Justice Carpeneti on the Alaska Supreme Court. Following her time in Alaska, Ginamarie returned to California where she practiced civil law before moving to Atlanta, Georgia in late 2018.
Ginamarie was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2019.
In her spare time, Ginamarie likes to play with her dogs, go on long, but very slow, runs, and spend time with her husband.
